How to get a present |

You can exchange your credits into presents on the web directly. If you have the need for us to deliver the present, you need to pay 10RMB for delivery. So we suggest that you can call for present directly after you rent products which build up a big bill or call us for advisory.
You can exchange credits into presents right after you rent products.
Your rent money will be added to your account. If the credits are big, you can exchange for presents immediately. If you have any special request, feel free to call our hotline:

Once the order for presents is valid, credits will be deducted accordingly. |

When you reject your present because of the flaw, we will recount your credits in 5 to 10 workdays. Your credits will be renewed as before the order is valid. During this period, you can not exchange for presents. Any special request, please call
