Franchise Chain follows the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and Measures for Administration of Commercial Franchise Operations carried out by Commence Department.

To accept Party A’s united figure and management mode and direction; |

To accept Party A’s quality check of service; |

To pay franchise fee, deposit fee and management fee on time; |

Direct Franchise chain is independent legal person and only has the relationship of franchise chain with headquarter. Except for responsibilities by the contract, no other related responsibilities exist.

Conditions for Franchise Chains |
| 1 |
Have adequate acknowledge and promotion ardor for rental business; |
| 2 |
Have adequate capital and material condition; |
| 3 |
Franchise chain shall have no less than 500,000 of private captial; |
| 4 |
Franchise chain shall be independent corporation legal person and has a good management and reputation;

Measures for franchise chain |
| 1 |
Fill in the applicant table according to the facts; |
| 2 |
Hand in business license, corporation legal person code certificate, tax register certificate, photocopy of legal person’s identity card;

Get reply of agree or disagree in two weeks generally; |
| 4 |
If allowed, Minghong shall subscribe franchise approval. Franchise chain pays the franchise fee, deposit fee and management fee;

Two parties sign the agreement of Minghong Rental City Franchise Chain
Applicant shall register at the local Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau to become a franchise unite to operate individually.
