1. The conformity and acceptance of Minghong’s service terms
The services that Minghong provides shall be completely and strictly in accordance with the service terms and conditions which are released by Minghong. User must agree with the service terms and complete the login procedure before he becomes a registered member.
2. About personal data
User must agree:
a) To provide Minghong updated, complete and correct personal data.
b) To update your data continually, which is in accordance with a). All the original data shall be cited as register data.
Minghong shall not public any name, address, email and pen name of members except for the following cases:
a) The member agrees Minghong to release these information.
b) Related laws and procedures acquire Minghong to provide the information of the member. If the member provides incorrect information, Minghong reserves the right to terminate the membership of the user.
3. The rectification of the service terms
Minghong reserves the right to rectify the service terms when necessary. Once the rectification does occur, the notification shall be highlighted on important web page. If any member does not agree with the rectification, the member can voluntarily cancel the membership and stop receive the Minghong information service. If member continues to enjoy the information services, Minghong sees him or her already accept the rectification. Minghong reserves the right to rectify and terminate the service at any time without need to notify members. Minghong shall not be responsible for members or the third party when using the right to rectify or terminate the services.
4. The services that membership can enjoy
a) After the user identity, you will be a registered member;
b) Members can enjoy the discount price;
c) Information check—members can check any renting information on Minghong web;
d) Online trade—members can do online trade directly;
e) Members can browse all the articles, laws of Minghong through web.
5. Member account, password and safety
Once you become a member, you shall get an account and a password. If you fail to keep your own account and password in safe, you are fully responsible. Besides, each member is responsible for all the activities and events taking place under his or her account. You can change your password under the instruction or end the old account and open a new one. Members shall agree to inform Minghong once they find illegal users or safety problems.
6. Minghong provides no guarantee
Each member shall agree that he or she is responsible for information risk. Minghong provides no guarantee that the information shall not be terminated and of the on time, safety and correctness of the service but shall avoid mistakes in its ability.
7. Limited liability
Minghong shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, accidentally, special and consequent damage. These damages include misuse of Minghong services or the failure of standard information delivery by users, etc. These activities may damage the reputation of Minghong so that Minghong shall remind the members of this kind of possibility in advance as well as avoid to its best.
8. Members management
The rules of membership is in accordance with internet laws, policies, procedures and traditions. Members shall not release illegal, annoying, stabbing, abusing, threatening, hurting, vulgar and nasty information (including words and picture) on BBS, and leave word place. Besides, members shall not transfer any material that abets others to commit crimes, puts the nation in disadvantage and relates to national safety, disagree with the local laws, national laws and international laws. If any member fail to do according to the above terms, Minghong shall terminate the account of this member individually.
9. Termination of services
Members or Minghong can terminate one or several of the services according to different situations. Minghong shall not be responsible for any individual or a third party when terminating the services. If member has any suggestion or disagreement of any service term or the rectification of the services, he or she has the following rights:
a) To stop using the information and renting services of Minghong;
b) To ask Minghong to stop the services of this member.
After the termination of the services, user loses the rights of receiving Minghong’s services at once. At that time, user has no right and Minghong has no responsibility of the unfinished or unprocessed services to the user or to a third party.
10. Notification
All the notifications to the members shall be transferred through important web page or email or regular letters. The rectification of the service terms, change of the services or other important events are all notified in this way.
11. The copyright of information
The information defined by Minghong includes words, software, sounds, pictures, videos, charts; all the materials in advertisement; other information with which Minghong provides to members. These information are protected by copyright, trade mark, label and other property laws. So, the members can only use these materials under the authorization of Minghong or advertisement agent, and shall not copy, rebuild the information or create related derived products personally.
12. Law
Minghong’s service terms must conform with the laws of People’s Republic of China. Members as well as Minghong all agree to obey the domination of local court. If any of the service terms disagree with the national laws, it shall be rectified and reinterpreted according to the laws and all the other terms still have sanction to members.
